We are a fundamental, independent Baptist church, committed to Scripture as the ultimate authority in what we believe, teach, and live. We desire to know God and to make Him known. We invite others who share these pursuits and passions to join with us in fulfilling our commission. We invite those who want to know God and His Word to come and hear the truth spoken in love. Dexter Gospel Church desires to be a soul saving station until the Lord returns.
Being a Christian is more than just an instantaneous conversion – it is a daily process whereby you grow to be more and more like Christ.
Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing.
