Ministry Groups
We strive to equip the saints, edify the church, and evangelize our community.
These are some of the ways we pursue those goals.
Weekly Services
Sunday Services – We sing, give, fellowship, and pray, but the focus is on learning and applying God’s Word.
Wednesday Nights – Our Adult Bible study and prayer meeting is a more free-flowing time for in-depth study or discussing various issues and questions from a Biblical perspective, coupled with small-group prayer time.
Children's Ministry
"Suffer little children, and forbid them not to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven."

As a church, we invite children of all ages to be a part of the growing, thriving ministry of our church. With spaces for newborns and toddlers in our nursery and classes for preschoolers and elementary school every week, we welcome your entire family to take part in learning and growing towards Christ as a part of our faith-community.
Patch Club
Patch Club is our new children’s program for young people K-6th grade! Patch Club features Bible lessons, musical instruction, games, and more. We teach children both how to come to Christ and how to walk with Him day by day, and we do it with a musically-oriented curriculum based on the famous adventures of Patch the Pirate. Bring your children to both learn the Bible and how to sing before others for the glory of God. Patch Club meets Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 8:00pm throughout the school year. Transportation
Transportation to church is available for kids on Wednesdays at 6pm and Sundays at 9:45am.

Youth Ministry
"Let no man despise thy youth, but be thou an example of the believers." ~ 1 Tim 4:12
Dexter Gospel student ministry is designed to help middle school and high school students grow their faith, their character, and their relationships. It’s about creating an atmosphere that is Christ-focused where you can belong. We encourage our youth to be involved in everything we do from inviting, participating in activities, and serving. We would love to have you join us for a time of fellowship and a time around God’s Word! We have regular weekly meetings, special activities, & annual trips.

Young Adults

College & Career
The DGC college and career ministry is centered around God’s Word and fellowship in order to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. Twice a month, they spend time studying the Bible and having small group accountability. They love serving the Lord, playing games, going on adventures, sharing meals, and drinking a little too much coffee.
World Missions
"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." ~ Mark 16:15
At Dexter Gospel Church, we follow the Great Commission. Through faithful prayer, financial support, and regular communication, we support a number of missionaries locally and around the world. We also participate in overseas mission trips to assist missionaries, help those in need, and share the gospel around the world ourselves.
Other Ministries & Events

Men’s Ministry – The men of Dexter Gospel Church work together to assist both our members and our community.
Ladies Ministry – Our ladies meet monthly, do service projects, study the Bible together, and attend special events.
Bus and Van Ministry – We offer transportation to our services on Sunday morning and Wednesday night via a van or bus route.
Discipleship Ministry – one-on-one program to learn the basics of the Christian life; currently using the Continue program; some continue into regular small-group Bible studies.
Annual Events – Wild Beast Feast, Golf Tournament, Revival Services, and more.
